What is a Short Sale?
I was in trouble with my mortgage and realized that the loan program I had wasn't as great as I thought. As my monthly payment began to continually increase I was faced with the harsh reality of "I need help!" I heard about how your exisiting mortgage company could help you sell your home and take a less amount of your outstanding loan balance. Sounded simple but it turned out that between the lending institution, realtors and consumers nobody knew how this process worked and how to structure it all. However, I was referred to Joe and, WOW, he seemed to have an unbelivable amount of answers and the ability to convey the process to all entities invovled.
