Our goal was to take advantage of the current market conditions and buy a bigger home. As we looked around we where so excited to find so many homes that where absolutely gorgeous and in neighborhoods we have always dreamed of. However, we came to the harsh reality that our current home has gone down in value and we couldn't see how we could swing it. Joe sat down with us and took us through a very detailed plan that helped achievce our dream. It started with maximizing the net proceeds from the sale of our home. We had a interior designer stage our home and made small repairs that dramactically enhanced its appeal. Second, we saw a very specific trend in which home buyers where buying in our area and had a marketing plan that was tailored made too that target. After securing an offer we found a home that was not on the market yet but the home owner needed a secure buyer that could close with in 25 days. Yep! that was us - it was a crazy 90 days but in the end we acheived exactly what Joe had envisioned for us.
